Nature of the Site
The site organizes links and explanations for Harper County jail releases, Kansas VINE, court records, KDOC status and supervision, and federal custody channels. It stores no official record, cannot confirm live custody, cannot release anyone, and cannot file documents for a visitor. Outside research tools are offered by their own providers.

Kansas Law
These terms are governed by Kansas law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Kansas. References to public records do not alter rights or limits under the Kansas Open Records Act, including K.S.A. 45-215 and related provisions.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the rest remain effective. The affected provision will be narrowed only as much as needed to make it enforceable where the law allows.
